新客户拓展总监

职位简介

Purpose

Responsible for driving new business development for Kantar Worldpanel with China local clients, ensuring the company wins new business by helping clients make better informed decision with our product and services. Develop network of new potential client thru marketing activities such as webinar, press release of articles that demonstrate our capability.
Core Focus

Business development and marketing communication initiatives in order to drive company revenue from potential clients. Working together with client service team to ensure above expectation delivery.
 
工作职责

  1. Establish and maintain good relationships with local customers in key industries (personal care beauty, food and beverage, mother and baby, etc.), deeply expand cooperation, formulate a complete business development plan and implement it, and win the trust of customers by helping client solve business growth problems
  2. Independently develop client development plans, complete annual sales targets and payment collections
  3. Timely feedback on new client needs and suggestions, and help the client service team develop new solutions
  4. Create benchmarking cases, regularly update the strategy analysis and review
  5. Grasp the trend of the market industry and support the marketing department to carry out targeted market publicity and promotion activities
任职资格

  1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 6 years of experience in China’s local FMCG companies, marketing, channel marketing or consulting background is preferred
  2. Familiar with the business growth model and decision-making mechanism of local customers in China, quickly find their growth pain points
  3. Competent in independent customized customer solutions, through sales meetings, project proposals, etc.
  4. Actively seek to make Chinese local customers satisfied with development strategy advice to win customers
  5. Excellent communication skills, keen market insight and work against stress
  6. Good teamwork spirit, excellent interpersonal and coordination skills, strong problem-solving skills
  7. Strong work initiative, quick thinking, strong ability to innovate
  8. Ability to read, write and communicate in English is preferred
