Community Manager

职位概览

Community Manager will be responsible for growing community user bases, driving consumer engagement by activating marketing content and events, brand products, building up a brand-owned social community and contributing business results for Under Armour China omnichannel strategy and practice.
 
工作职责

  1. Define and optimize community strategy that connected with Under Amour Private Domain business scenarios in a constant changing market environment, enrich user acquisition touchpoints and approaches, spot user requirements and business growth opportunities
  2. Develop and manage community always-on and campaign communication plan that streamlined with brand marketing calendar and DTC commercial calendar in Under Amour Private Domain through internal cross-function communications
  3. Design and execute community cutting-edge tactics, creative and content, events that cultivate community stickiness and activeness
  4. Craft community analytics framework evolved with operation strategy and model, track community performances in measurable metrics, interpret insights that are actionable to improve effectiveness and efficiencies
  5. Incubate new initiatives for community innovation in rapid pace through test-and-learn spirit
  6. Manage 3rd party vendor service and delivery as of cost, quality, frequency, etc.
  7. Work closely with Under Armour China cross function teams to deliver success business results at both brand and commercial perspectives, mainly retail operation team, marketing team and ecommerce team

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITES

  1. Solid track of experiences in developing strategy into hands-on execution
  2. Have good sense of social trend, creative idea, KOL/KOC incubation and management, buzz generation
  3. A nature balance of strategic thinking and effective operation
  4. Be enthusiastic about sports and athletes
  5. Proactive problem solver and good at communication and persuasion
  6. Ability to work in a fast pace, always changing environment
  7. Work well with diverse / matrixed teams
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  1. 5+ years of marketing experiences across brand and digital fields
  2. Practical experiences in community or new-retail projects
  3. Ecommerce background is a plus

Associate Manager

CRM

工作职责

  1. To follow up and consolidate CRM yearly road map/calendar under yearly strategy and achieve yearly goals with teammates together, include but not limited to new member acquisition, re-purchase rate, retention;
  2. Work closely with CRM Leader to adapt Under Armour loyalty program based on global loyalty program guidance;
  3. Be responsible for all CRM loyalty programs execution / SOP establishment and prepare summary via Omni-channel;
  4. To work with agency and internal functional teams on rewarding programs operation thru coupon or gifting allocation and stock management;
  5. Work closely with CRM Leader on CRM related system development projects, and follow-ups on agency coordination, internal communication for requirements collection & logic management, BRD finalization, project timeline control etc.;
  6. Work with CRM Leader on membership lifecycle program development and be responsible for the execution;
  7. Monitor CRM program results in a detailed and organized way to improve the performance and increase the overall engagement or sales conversion;
  8. To supervise and optimize Mini-program daily operation to elevate member journey and activeness;
  9. To manage and follow up on back-office operations and routine CSR affairs (incl. but not limit to Ops team / CSR training, daily query response…);
  10. Support the functional requirements on CRM tools and follow up with action plan with omni-channel sales ops team;
  11. CRM materials stock management to ensure the program operation smoothly;
  12. Support teammates on related or potential CRM projects based on the biz expansion
  13. To work with internal marketing team and external CRM agency on data fulfillment, project collaboration, understanding products, business requirements and come up with actionable consumer insights;
  14. To provide valuable insights on CRM loyalty program system to fulfil future business needs/values including retail, e-com, marketing activities etc.;
任职资格

  1. 3+ year of experience on CRM and loyalty programs, ecommerce background is preferred.
  2. Strong understanding of CRM and digital marketing.
  3. Understand the digital trends and know HOWs to leverage with business requirements
  4. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing or related disciplines.
  5. Good communication skills to get alignment internally and externally.
  6. Strong responsibility and down-to-earth working attitude, details oriented.
  7. Mind-set on project management and execution, Self – motivation to take the ownership;

Associate Manager

Digital Product

职位概览

Partnering with cross-function team to define a robust product backlog and leading the product towards smooth user experience by function and operation. Managing capability increments; 
Daily monitoring and operating are a few examples of the activities that will be expected from this role. Additionally, you will be cooperating with various internal stakeholders, including Brand marketing and other business areas to drive consumer engagement and satisfaction, as well as incremental revenues by delivering digital experiences.

Product requirement & Delivery

  1. Specify the product requirements/user stories considering the value for the consumer and the company as well as its role and impact on the digital ecosystem.
  2. Be accountable for product delivery in line with the roadmap and committed delivery dates.
  3. Identify and solve dependencies with other function owner to ensure efficient delivery.
  4. Represent the business for the product, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that their views and requirements are captured in the product backlog.
  5. Prioritize the items in your product backlog and refine of your product backlog to ensure that the IT delivery team is working on the right enhancements to drive consumer and business value.
Monitoring and Operation

  1. Be accountable for monitoring, optimization and enhancement of the configuration, features and functionalities related to the product.
  2. Co-work with cross-function team to be accountable for business daily operation work, include in but not limited on:
    1. Content regular refreshing
    2. Campaign launching
    3. Event launching and online operating
    4. Data collection and reporting
  3. Use data sources and feedback loops to ensure the team focuses on the right enhancements.

  1. Good communication skills and comfortable presenting to stakeholders in all scenario
  2. Experience working with stakeholders and experts at various organizational levels
  3. Basic knowledge of Agile working methods e.g. Scrum/Kanban
  4. Basic knowledge of IT development, Mini program/APP is plus.
  5. Fluent in English both verbally and written
  6. Basic leadership skills are a plus
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

工作职责

  1. Support on CRM daily operation and admin. work, e.g.: documents filing, courier delivery, contracts and payment follow-ups
  2. Assist on the China CRM loyalty program launch preparation, routine operation and maintenance
  3. Support on stock management of related materials
  4. Support on CRM 360campaign preparation and execution: customer communication msg. arrangement, collateral/gift design, production and logistics issues, etc.
  5. Communicate with IT, retail stores and agencies on CRM related reports follow-ups
任职资格

  1. Accountable, detail-oriented, down-to-earth working attitude
  2. Good Chinese and English writing skills
  3. Good at MS office, esp. PPT and Excel
