Recruiting Position 1

Role Title:EC Director

Location:Shanghai

Key Responsibilities

1. Key contact of daily communication with clients. Become clients’ trusted advisor for Tmall EC related queries thought leadership.

2. Develop Tmall media buy strategy and media campaigns recommendations on brief.  Develop working EC framework and process to ensure consistency of EC roll out for all brands.

3. Build strong relationships with clients and EC partners.

4. Ensure “Execution Excellence” of whole team from brief to reporting delivery.

5. Manpower management to ensure team efficiency with high quality in daily job.

6. Project management on always-on projects as well as willingness to take on ad-hoc projects.

Competencies

1. 5 years’ experience in performance marketing media and delivery, especially Tmall; better with agency experience

4. Strong strategy skills and logical thinking

5. Good communication skill with ability to simplify the complexity of EC in layman terms

Recruiting Position 2

Role Title:Strategy Director

Location:Shanghai

Reporting To:Head of Business Integration

Overview of the Role

You will be overseeing strategy across the whole HUAWEI portfolio, bringing communications and channel planning expertise to the agency’s top clients. As an industry we are going through an evolution where we need to go beyond the traditional media agency role. Media fundamentals are a necessity for this role; but now we need to go beyond this and hence we need our strategy lead, to also have creative acumen within the context of also being able to land on media (see McDonalds arches Cannes award winner as an example).  You will be tasked with inspiring planning teams to embrace and represent strategic thinking in their proposals.

As such, you have a strong desire to inspire and rally people behind your vision, both internally and externally, clients and partners alike.  The role requires:

This role is located in Shanghai or Beijing with occasional travel to our China offices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Produce integrated strategic recommendations covering both digital and traditional media. Your role will not be limited to paid media and you will be incentivized to think of strategies and comms platforms that work across Paid/Owned/Earned touchpoints. As such, experiences outside of pure media planning will be considered a plus.

2. Following on from 1) a creative acumen to define engaging comms platforms spanning across paid owned and earned media (creative planning experience a plus), will be vital. Ability to generate consumer insights, package big ideas in a storytelling way, and also crucially framework how they will land concisely on media

3. Lead the gathering and utilization of insights, using proprietary tools, syndicated research and real time insight analysis. Need to unlock the value in data (to have a purpose and be actionable)

4. As a thought leader, you will regularly conduct insights sessions, workshops and trainings for your clients.

5. Work alongside Publicis Media channel planning and analytics teams to support planning teams on key media planning decisions: overall budgeting, yearly market prioritization, benchmarking, ROI modeling etc.

Competencies & Attributes

1. At least 12years’ experience, including 3 years proven experience in a strategy and/or senior planning position in creative, media, or consulting agency. Client side experience in a marketing position (digital or traditional) is a plus.

2. Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills in Mandarin (native level a must), and English

3. Well versed in integrated media environment – either digital or traditional specialism is welcome, but expect to work on multi-channel plans. If you’re a digital or traditional specialist, you need to be excited by the prospect of becoming more integrated.

4. Confidence to present to top senior clients and industry CEOs is essential

5. Acumen for inspiring people around you and desire to always improve the quality of our work. A measured sense of assertiveness will help drive the agenda in the right direction.

6. As someone who will be supporting and interacting with planning teams on a daily basis, you will have a good grasp of the day to day needs and realities of media planning.

Recruiting Position 3

Role Title:Ecom Data & Consulting

Location:Shanghai

Team:Ecom Data & Consulting Team

Client:Multi-Brands, include Friso, GSK, Haier, etc

Reporting To:Primary Report:  Performics GM

Start Date:ASAP

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop Ecom platform consumer growth framework using platform’s big data tools including Databank, Strategy Center, Jiushu and Shufang.

2. Build growth strategy based on consumer insight.

3. Help client to manage consumer asset across the conversion funnel.

Create consumer segments for media activation and track performance in the long run.

KPI’s / Vision of success

3. Build ecom consumer asset management framework.

Competencies

1. 5+ years’ experience in strategy, consulting or big-data related fields.

2. Experience of Alibaba and JD big data tools, and ecom media products is a plus.

4. Good communication skill with ability to simplify the complexity of EC in layman terms

5. Must have advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
