The Role

Key Responsibilities

Empower and Lead digital transition across all functions. Responsible for guidance,coordination and execution of digital strategy/initiatives in the Region Greater China(RGC). The priorities for the role include:
•  Responsible for all digital strategy and roadmap in the region.

Leads the digital ecosystem at RGC to meet end-consumers‘and business partners’requirements. Improve Digital capabilities. Responsible for transparency,flexibility and discipline to enable the continuous digital transition in RGC
•  Drive change management into the organization.

Ensure delivery / rollout of Digital solutions, fluid organization and agile digital project management talents .
•  Drive and accelerate regional digital strategy and innovation.

Design and manage regional Digital Roadmap. Manage CR and BR prioritization according to business strategy
•  Manage Regional Connected Products and Services.
Coordinate connected product roadmap for brands, categories. Set up andmanage regional hub for connected products in RGC.
•  Establish and lead Regional Digital Transition Board.
Participate Global Digital Transition Board and Business Process Team as a member. Prepare and present results in related meetings.
•  Determine, manage and report:
KPIs, Cost Charging model, etc. Execute and manage daily operational works.

Position Summary

In broader lines the incumbent acts as a true business partner for the top management team of RGC and in the German headquarter, driving digital transition process across RGC and providing internal consultancy on execution of digital strategies. He/she will lead the
Digital Transition function of RGC, and lead local digital transition projects both in functional and disciplinary terms. Close functional alignment with Global Digital Transition (GDT) organisation is a critical success factor.

Reporting and Role Location

Report directly to CEO of Region Greater China (RGC), and have close functional alignment with the head of GDT based in headquarter. Peer functions include Marketing,Sales, Consumer Decision Journey, Strategy, Direct to Consumer, PR, and Security.

He/she would lead a team of 27 members, including the function of Competence Centre,Digital strategy, Connect Products, and Multi Consumer Touch Points.

The position will be based in Nanjing.
