工作职责

01 E-commerce Activations

  • Lead cross functional teams to achieve key business & campaign objectives
  • Work on a diversified portfolio and create innovative and effective EC activations.
  • Liaise with all stakeholders on various marketing insights and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders to align on and implement the e-commerce strategy and activations.
  • Collaboration with internal functions such as e-commence commercial, Consumer Connection, Consumer Insight, Brand Marketing, Community & PR to deliver the campaign according to the activation plan.
  • Work closely with brand team/agencies to ensure quality and efficient delivery of e-commerce assets timely.
  • Always acute and stay tuned to the shopper insight and new e-commerce trends. Be agile and efficient to create new idea to e-commerce strategy and activation campaigns.
02  E-commerce Integrated Plan

  • Closely work with brand team during brand plan development to ensure EC as an important consumer hub in the IMC plan for growth driver.
  • Lead joint marketing campaign with e-commerce operation team, ensure brand equity delivery and enough visibility on e-commerce site.
03  Shopper insights

  • Lead ongoing online shopper study and general shopper insights together with EC data team, ISV & CI team.
  • Implement shopper insight to guide online strategy/execution.
  • Ensure strategies/initiatives are base on the learnings/insights.
04  Financial Management

  • Manage the overall profitability of the specific portfolio
  • Challenge the spend required for each marketing activity to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of spend to reach the defined brand goals.
  • Proactively challenge all quotes from key partners and agencies to ensure we are continuously getting the best value.
05  Business Leadership

  • Champion the brand portfolio within the business to ensure sufficient focus is placed behind it. Be the face of the brand within the business.
  • Presenting proposals, briefs, plans and activities to top management, brand owners, the sales team, technical team, customers, suppliers, etc.
  • Lead cross functional teams to achieve key business objectives.
  • Liaise with all stakeholders on various marketing issues and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders – especially trade development & the domestic sales teams.
06  People Management

  • Ensure that the Performance and Development Review (PDR) process is fully embedded for the team including development plans.
  • Coach the team to deliver their individual objectives and competency building.
任职资格

  • 7 years above working experience in marketing, commerce or business management with reputable companies
  • Solid brand management experience in both planning and execution
  • Proven strategic, analytical and creative abilities
  • Open-minded and passionate; strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Fluent English and Mandarin both in written and spoken
  • University graduate with bachelor degree or above
