EPR & Content Manager

职位简介

Are you a digital storyteller? Can you lead the creation of unique and engaging content that brings products to life, inspires consumers to fall in love with or brands, and drive visible business results? Do you want to expand your network resources to trendy tribes and communities?
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial talent to join the Lab division in Pernod Ricard China, and play a key role in generating content hub for incubation brands, boosting social buzz, leading PR-driven activations and KOL management. Digital native, creative, sensible to consumer trends and insights, quick learners with growth mindset. Preferably with lean start-up experience, or background including start-up companies.
 
工作职责

Build a social & EPR content hub
 
  1. Create an engaging social & E-commerce centric content pool for incubation brands, including hub & hygiene contents that are inspired by brand communication objectives but more adaptable to various social, EPR and E-commerce platforms and authentic fit to consumer interests.
  2. Lead inhouse and external agency resources in the creation of storytelling content pool.
  3. Content strategy and calendar planning and operation for owned social touch points
  4. Develop content brief guideline to social commerce KOLs
  5. Tailor contents according to various audience and MOCs– tribes, trade people, on-trade consumers, after-purchase CRM
  6. Lead content A/B test at various social platforms, adopting TLO model to constantly optimize content angles out of sharpened insights
Drive social buzz by collaborating with influencers and tribes at various levels
 
  1. Identify influential bloggers and tribes with greatest brand fit
  2. Lead content co-creation
  3. Hack WOM across digital and social media and create opportunities to generate sales on social commerce
  4. Explore business collaboration with influencers and tribes to generate actual sales
  5. Lead high value KOC nurturing loyalty program
  6. Lead sponsorship and product seeding / placement
Online Experience Design – supporting offline events
 
  1. Lead design of online experience journey (before, during, after) as a support to various offline events, to extend consumers experience and increase their life cycle values to the brands
  2. Manage owned social platforms to connect and land key online/offline activations
PR Event Management
 
  1. Lead PR event implementation, initiating big ideas and designing media and KOL’s onsite experience to ensure quality delivery of PR messages.
  2. Manage celebrity sourcing, endorsement and event attendance under local and global campaigns and events
Manage social/EPR media monitoring with regular updates to key stakeholders
 
  1. Monitoring and sharing of new social media trends (e.g. topics, platforms, apps).
  2. Social buzz tracking and reporting, collaborating with CI team
任职资格

  1. 5+ years working experience specializing in PR, digital social and brand content generation. Relevant experience in F&B, sports, fashion unicorn start-ups preferred
  2. A strong plus if solid experiences in social content pool / hub management adaptable for social commerce
  3. Digital native, creative, sensible to consumer trends and insights
  4. Entrepreneurial spirit, quick learners with growth mindset. Result driven.
  5. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to work in team and build team spirit, responsible and reliable.
  6. Chinese as native language, fluent in English.
