FMCG Consumer Insight Specialist

工作职责

  1. 为世界顶尖跨国快消品行业公司提供中国市场消费者研究,并提出建设性建议;
  2. 协助团队完成客户商业问题剖析,通过大量的样组数据分析,从中提炼出有价值的洞察;
  3. 对分析数据和结果进行可视化,协助研究员撰写客户报告;
  4. 通过桌面研究收集市场信息和品牌最新营销动态,把握中国快消品行业趋势;
  5. 协助组内其他成员完成其他客户项目。
任职资格

  1. 0-3年快消品定量研究相关工作经验,对快消品市场和消费者行为有兴趣;
  2. 优秀的英语表达和写作能力 (日常交流和客户报告均为英语);
  3. 熟练使用Microsoft Office, 特别是Excel的数据分析和PPT 的图表制作;
  4. 耐心、细致,有团队合作精神 ,学习能力强,善于发现并解决问题。

数据科学家

工作职责

  1. Responsible for data modelling and analytics in China to support the growth of Kantar Worldpanel and ensure the delivery of high quality insights which inspire successful decisions;
  2. Work with stakeholders throughout the organization across the Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou offices to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions;
  3. Support our solutions and client teams with insights gained from analyzing company data.
任职资格

  1. 2+ years of experience in manipulating data sets and building statistical and machine learning models, has a Master’s in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field;
  2. Hands-on experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets;
  3. Strong experience using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, using a variety of data tools, building and implementing models, using predictive algorithms and creating/running simulations;
  4. Proven ability to drive business results with their data-based insights;
  5. Have a passion for discovering patterns hidden in large data sets and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes.

To continue to build the account for Kantar Worldpanel through delivering strong business insights with the consumer panel data.
工作职责

  1. Participating in the projects negotiation and understand clients request;
  2. Managing the operation and execution of the project;
  3. Maintain client relationship and provide customer service;
  4. Revenue forecast and client revenue management;
  5. Understand business dynamic and solve technical problem;
  6. Participate in process improvement and technique innovation;
  7. Organize, build and maintain the team
任职资格

Education

  1. University bachelor degree;
  2. Majored in marketing, statistics, psychology, or other relevant subjects.
Experience

  1. 3-5yrs experience in market research and minimum 1 years of management experience
Knowledge

  1. Have a good knowledge of relevant expertise, as well as of customer fixed panel product and system knowledge;
  2. Proficient in the use of MS Office and customer fixed panel analysis software.
Capacity

  1. Good oral and written English;
  2. Having a strong sense of responsibility;
  3. Good communication, organization and coordination abilities;
  4. Team building and good at analyzing and solving problems;
  5. Good learner and innovator; sensitive to market and capable of handling pressure.
