Data Project Manager

1. The Data Project Manager pilots one or several digital projects from low to moderate complexity to insure the delivery of a digital solution. This solution answers the customer’s needs by considering his/her requirements in terms of cost and timing and by applying project management tools and methods.
2. Extract relevant data for processing and analysis to meet the requirements of the business department, and support the business department to make further decisions by data handling, analytical skills on broad range of systems and scenarios
3. He/she coordinates and coaches the members of the project team and optimizes the internal and external human, financial and/or technical resources necessary for the project. He/she insures the delivery of the data relevant project according to the specifications in terms of cost, quality, and lead time and manages the communication towards the stakeholders.

1. Understanding of the customer’s need and specifications.
2. Helping the sponsor choose the best solution (Data tools, reporting methodology).
3. Defining the Methodology and framework of the project.
4. Preparing project documents and ensuring that the company requirements for hosting, security and confidentiality of the data are respected
5. Defining and supervising the schedule.
6. Allocating and optimizing the needed human, financial and/or technical resources for the project.
7. Communicating and validating the key phase of the project with the sponsor.
8. Verifying that the solution is consistent with the specifications after implementation.
9. Manage vendors to conduct data projects implementation and negotiate the quotation.

1. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with end users and top-management, gaining acceptance to digital project proposals and changes.
2. Communicating and validating the key phase of the project with the sponsor.

1. Solid IT project management experience, PMP certified or Certified Scrum Master
2. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft technology on Azure about data, eg Azure SQL, Azure data factory, Azure data lake
3. Experiences in CDP (customer data platform) is a plus
4. Strong business understanding ability
5. Outstanding logical thinking and result-oriented
6. Solid communication, presentation and training skills.
7. More than 3 years working experience
